Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skillvila, available at skillvila.com (the "Service"). Skillvila is operated by an individual based in Indonesia ("Skillvila", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Skillvila provides bio link pages, product listing pages, a marketplace for discovering digital products, analytics and marketing pixel integrations. Creators sell their products through their own payment provider account, such as PayPal or Lemon Squeezy. Skillvila is not the seller of creators' products and is not a party to transactions between creators and buyers.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Creator responsibilities
If you list products on Skillvila, you confirm that you own or have the rights to sell them, that your descriptions are accurate, and that you will deliver what you promise and support your buyers. You are responsible for your own payment provider account, taxes not handled by your provider, and refunds to your buyers.
5. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to list or promote: content that infringes intellectual property rights; resale-rights (PLR/MRR) products you did not create; illegal goods or services; adult or sexually explicit content; hateful, violent or harassing content; malware, hacking tools or credential lists; financial schemes promising guaranteed returns; misleading health claims; or anything that violates applicable law or your payment provider's rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Affiliate recommendations
Affiliate commissions are set by each creator and tracked and paid by the creator's payment provider. Skillvila does not guarantee affiliate earnings. Recommenders must disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Skillvila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and promote your content in connection with the Service. The Skillvila name, logo and software belong to Skillvila.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users, with notice where reasonable.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillvila is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes between creators and buyers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
