Refund Policy

Skillvila subscriptions

• You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.
• If you are not satisfied with your first payment for a paid plan, email us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund.
• Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law or in case of a billing error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Products bought from creators

Digital products listed on Skillvila are sold by individual creators through their own payment provider. Refunds for those products follow the refund policy shown on each product page and are handled by the creator and their payment provider. If you cannot reach a creator, contact us and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email hello@skillvila.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number.
